High Capacity DIP production line is using 1-2 DIP insert lines and 1 small 2 meter wave soldering machine, 1 PCB unloader and 1 PCB conveyor for PCB quality inspection or assembly. small capacity output. one day this small capacity DIP insertion line output is around 1000pcs (10 hour working time) 20x20cm PCB. for more big capacity, you can use 2 or 3 or 5 this production lines to got even higher production capacity.

This production line use the following DIP assembly equipments:

1.Working place arranged at one side beside the conveyor.
2.Motor running ,Chain moving .
3.Our normal length is 2.4M ,one working place per 1 meter,totally 3 working places
4.Line width is about 600mm ,total height about 1800mm ,working height 740mm.

6.Suitable PCB width 35-300mm width can adjustable.
7.fix 40 W fluorescent tube per working place ,totally 3 tubes.

Automatic Insert Line Features:

1. this machine is used for the PCB board plug-in components for the assembly, it is used in front of wave soldering machine;
2. we can add tracheal tube, gas tube and other equipments;

1. Automatic conveying power system and auto synchronous board feeding functions.

Solder Pot peak uses frequency conversing speed adjustment which can independently control the wave height.
Fluxer system using transverse Japanese spray nozzle, driven by pneumatic cylinder and PLC control, accurate and reliable.
PLC is used to control the machine, to ensure the reliability and stability of the system.
Pre-heaters using Infrared heating element, heat radiated efficiently to the circuit board with fast ramp up and fully activating liquid flux.
Special alloy solder fingers, strengthened double v-groove.
Solder-motor adopts imported high frequency conversion motor with independent control, stable performance and long lifetime.
Pre-heater passage with modularized design, meet with environmental protection requirement, safety and convenient to cleanup.
Preheaters uses three independent temperature control so as to ensure the excellent heat preservation, temperature uniformity, temperature accuracy in ±2ºC.
Timer startup feature for solder pot, solder melted within 90 minutes.
Automatic finger cleaner ensure the cleanliness of solder fingers.
Intelligent monitoring and alarm system ensure the stable performance and operators’ safety.
