Hanwha SM481 PLUS Chip Mounter

SM481 Plus pick and place machine realizes the highest-speed placement of the TECHWIN patented identification method of the medium-speed machine, namely the on the Fly identification method, which can achieve 40,000CPH of Chip components and unit mounting time of QFP components of 1.1 seconds (each is Optimum ) High-speed placement. The One-Gantry structure uses a 10 Nozzle high-speed keyboard head, which can be operated with the least manpower using one side of the device. It can support 1,500mm long board, and it has the strongest PCB correspondence ability in SM series.
